We seek to hire an innovative and highly motivated Business Development Manager/Executive to join our Marketing Team. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least five years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record in business development.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities for the company. 
• Identifying and developing relationships with new customers, developing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders, and working with the sales force to ensure optimal customer coverage. 
• Evaluating the needs of potential customers, and developing strategies to attract and retain them.
• Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure that all business opportunities are properly pursued and that the company is able to capitalize on them. 
• Leading the charge in developing and executing business plans to increase market share and grow the biopharmaceutical business. 
• Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities and products, as well as managing the competitive landscape.
• Responsible for keeping abreast of industry trends and developments in order to identify new business opportunities for the company. 

Required qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, or a related field 

• Several years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

We are seeking to hire an innovative and highly motivated Research Associate for our Biologics R&D team for our Mangalore lab. 

The qualified individual will have at least 1-3 years of relevant industry working experience in developing parenteral formulation, solid and liquid oral dosage forms for use in first-in-human studies. This is a highly collaborative role, that provides support to multiple project and senior scientist in a given day. 

The Research associate will be a lab-based role, will be working in pre-formulation, formulation, characterization, and analytical development of therapeutic proteins including monoclonal antibodies, virus-like particles, RNA therapeutics, and subunit-based vaccines. 

Since most of our clients are based out of USA and Europe, it is desirable that candidates to have some exposure working on international projects.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Performing sample preparation steps which may include sample pipetting with a high degree of accuracy and precision
• Performing reagent and material preparation for testing
• Calibrating and maintaining all assigned laboratory equipment and instruments according to standard operating procedures to ensure quality results
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies, reagents and materials needed for testing
• Document remedial action, troubleshooting, quality assurance activities and instrument maintenance
• Adhere to established processing timelines
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties for laboratory spaces and instrumentation
• Retrieve and catalog samples for testing
• Properly store samples for short term and long-term storage
• Adhere to all quality and safety standards, as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable regulatory agencies
• Adhere to policies and protocols in the lab
• Disposes of bio hazardous materials, chemical waste, sharp and other potentially hazardous materials according to regulations
• Review daily run documentation for completeness and accuracy with provided reviewer guidelines
• Work closely and communicate with other lab associates to complete daily activities efficiently
• Other duties as assigned by reporting manager.

Required Qualification

• Masters in Biotech/Biochemistry/ any related. 
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in similar field. 
• Self-motivated, attention to details, excellent oral/written skills.

We are looking for a senior content writer with 3-5 years’ experience in marketing communication in biotech industry, who is interested in science and fascinated by new innovation in biotherapeutics. 

You are extremely good in translating scientific information to an exciting content to influence your audience in a compelling way. You have understanding about biotech/pharma market and confident in your writing.

You have high energy, looking for the opportunity to work alongside scientist, directors and digital team in planning, executing creative marketing campaigns for Bhami’s research laboratories.  

You work well under pressure and can work on multiple projects. You have worked in an agency or has managed biotech clients on freelance basis.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and collaborate with senior management to produce creative campaigns for BRL innovation and services.
• Create ideas and write copy for digital and offline marketing requirements (websites, presentations, product and brand videos, and brand positioning and messaging, event broachers etc.) 
• Understand business objectives and creating brand communication strategies on quarterly basis. 
• Ability to work with the strategy and external content team to develop social media content on regular basis to keep our online community engaged on BRL activities. 
• Conduct regular feedbacks both internal and external to track the progress of our strategy. 
• Be responsible for managing and accomplishing project goals within established timelines. 
• Must be detailed oriented.
• Must focus on developing organic content and do not violate any of the rules and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
